Dan plays original music.

Once upon a time, he decided, "I shall head to a land where they do not understand my words, nor I theirs" and went to the island nation of Japan. He played music and occasionally sang Japanese words, some of which he understood. After a brief 7-year stay he returned home and is always hoping to meet musicians to write and perform with.

Story: One cool autumn day in 1979, young Daniel was dancing vigorously in his underpants to the tune of "The Great Gonzo Eats a Rubber Tire to 'The Flight of the Bumble Bee'" from his favorite record.

It was the force of the music that brought that player down. The tremendous energy Gonzo puts into eating that tire -- therein lies a deep wellspring of inspiration for Dan and his music.
